The 2025 Tainan Arts Festival is themed "How Young! " Continuing the spirit from its founding—"Rooted in Tainan, with a global perspective"—this 13th edition features five major highlights: "Made for Tainan," "Made in Taiwan," "International Program," "Pop-up Project," and "Public Program." For the first time, eight young Tainan artists have come together to co-curate and showcase local talent, alongside numerous award-winning emerging Taiwanese art groups and internationally renowned festivals visiting Tainan. The festival will include a diverse range of performances and exhibitions across theater, dance, visual arts, and urban actions, promising an exciting experience.

The 2025 Tainan Arts Festival will run from October 24 to November 30.
