這是一場送別會，但最後沒有一個人被送走。在這個全國最多賓士車的小鎮，大姐幫弟弟籌劃了送別會，伴著中南部家家戶戶必備的家庭式卡拉OK；家族成員與客人隨著門鈴聲穿梭來去，一切顯得十分日常。在這些家常的流動與對話之間，流瀉出這個家庭當下的樣貌，也看見屬於我們自己的《三姐妹》。

This is a farewell party; however, no one left in the end.

The eldest sister hosts a farewell party for her younger brother with the most common family style karaoke set in every household in a small town which has the maximum number of Benz cars. Family members as well as guests come and go and everything looks very ordinary. However, every audience sees their own version of this play with the reflection of the time they spent with their family.

The dramatist Jian Liying revised the classic play "Three Sisters" made by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov with modern society problems in Taiwan. This play not only inherits the essence of Chekhov's classics but also discusses labor issues, family conflicts and China-Taiwan relationship via a Taiwan wealthy family experienced downward in fortune. 

■ 演出團隊簡介

四把椅子劇團於二〇〇七年正式成軍，集結一群年輕劇場藝術工作者所組成。以新世代的視野和生活經驗作為創作能量，作品不設限風格、題材或演出場域，試圖透過劇場的集體創作本質，探索形式與內容的合一。

「四把椅子」不僅代表最初核心創作的四人，也借喻為現代觀眾與劇場藝術之間的交流媒介，期望觀者能夠透過劇場的一瞬直視自我，並且重新思考、詰問身處的當代生活。

四把椅子劇團創團至今製作十齣作品，題材橫跨當代經典文本、原創劇本與集體創作，皆擄獲各界好評與票房完售之成果，近年來已成為國內劇場界備受矚目之新勢力。

Formed in 2007 by a group of young theatre artists, 4 Chairs Theatre creates plays with new generation vision and daily life experiences. Its productions do not have any kind of restriction on styles, topics or performance places.

4 Chairs Theatre not only represents four founding members, but also becomes the communicator between audiences and theatrical arts. It is meant to remind the audiences to re-think our actions and to question the lifestyle of modern society by its plays.   

4 Chairs Theatre has made ten productions which are all block busters welcomed by the public. It is a rising star in Taiwan theatre circle.
