■ 演出簡介

西元前二十三年漢元帝令朝臣毛延壽遍行天下，擇良家女入宮，並呈上畫像供元帝按圖臨幸，毛延壽趁機大索賄賂。他勒索民女王嬙（昭君）未成，竟將昭君畫像塗點破相，致使昭君未被元帝選中，陷入冷宮受苦未能見君王一面，過著唯有琵琶引興長嘆的寂寞生活。後為元帝聞琵琶而察覺昭見，逐封昭君為明妃。欲察辦毛賊並傳令捕殺。

誰料毛延壽攜昭君美人圖逃至北番，叫唆單于南犯索取昭君為氏，元帝不允而北番入寇，漢弱不敵。王昭君得悉，願犧牲自己換取國家和平，元帝無奈親自到灞橋送別，派人護送昭君出塞和番。

此時單于已在邊境等候，即使自己已經答應了昭君的三個條件，卻見王昭君愁眉不展，便想盡辦法逗王昭君開心，準備了熱鬧的表演，更與土金渾一同加入，讓王昭君忍俊不住，緩減了離鄉之苦，與單于一同進入牧羊城，受臣民朝拜。

In 36 BC, Wang Wang Zhaojun left her hometown and entered the harem of Emperor Yuan. It is said that Wang Wang Zhaojun refused to bribe the artist Mao Yanshou as the other maids did. As a reprisal, Mao Yanshou painted a mole of widowed tears on Wang's portrait. As a result, Wang Zhaojun's place was never visited by the Emperor.

One day, Emperor Yuan followed the sound of pipa and found out Wang Wang Zhaojun is a beauty. Therefore, Emperor Yuan commanded to kill Mao Yanshou for deceiving him, but Mao Yanshou fled to the north Xiongnu tribe with the potrait of Wang Jhaojyun. The chief of Xiongnu tribe accepted the suggestion of  Mao Yanshou, he invaded the land of Han dynasty and requested Wang Zhaojun to be his wife.

Eventually, Wang Zhaojun agreed to marry the chief of Xiongnu tribe for the safety of her country and headed north to the unknown. 

■ 團隊簡介

 「秀琴歌劇團」1986年由張秀琴團長組團於台中，「秀琴歌劇團」成團之初，演出地點多在中部一帶，1990年開始朝府城發展，迅速成為南部知名劇團，秀琴更獲「南部三大小生」稱號，於民國93年榮獲『中興文藝獎』。苦旦莊金梅則有金嗓小旦的雅稱。

　　秀琴歌仔戲於2001年躍上公演舞台，觀眾佳評如潮，且自該年始，連續入選為文化部國家扶植團隊至今，不但廣受觀眾喜愛，也受到政府單位與專家學者多方肯定。整齊的素質、動人的唱腔、認真的態度是劇團的特色。秀琴歌劇團近年演出朝向精緻化發展，更堅持每年至少製作一齣公演新戲，力求彰顯劇團的特色，2012年更以獲選「國藝會第三屆表演藝術追求卓越專案」之作品「歌仔新調-安平追想曲」登上國家戲劇院演出，待有朝一日走向國際舞台。

Shiu Kim Taiwanese Opera Troupe was founded in Taichung in 1986 by chief Chang Shiukim. It became famous in southern part of Taiwan in 1990, and Shiukim was honored top three artist for playing young man character(xiaodan) in Taiwanese opera. In addition, Zhuang Jinmei who played the role of sad young lady (kudan) and sang beautifully was recognized as having a golden voice.

Since its very first time public performance in 2001, Shiu Kim Taiwanese Opera Troupe has not only welcomed by the public, but also honored by the Ministry of Culture every year. Its performances are approved by the experts for high quality productions, beautiful voices and hard-working attitudes.

Shiu Kim Taiwanese Opera Troupe manifests its distinguishing features by presenting to the public at least one new production every year.
